The greatest threat to grizzlies is the loss of wilderness habitats. CPAWS Edmonton Chapter is particularly concerned with the explosion in use of all-terrain vehicles and dirt-bikes throughout Alberta's Eastern Slopes next to our Mountain National parks. We continue to lobby the provincial government to act now on this issue.
