Town agrees to pay parking

Banff Town Council approved a pay parking plan Monday (Oct. 25) on a close 4-3 split which also saw council agree to hold a parking plebiscite in May 2001 for residents to vote whether or not to keep the system, part of the Integrated Transportation Plan in place.
