Town sued by Pinewoods over bylaw

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts, the owner of the Pinewoods property, is awaiting a Court of Queen’s Bench ruling over the Town of Banff's Land Use Bylaw which allows for the company's land to be returned to the federal government. CRMR was banking on plans to construct a hotel on the site after demolishing the dilapidated Pinewoods buildings.
