Pay park plan goes to public plebiscite

Banff residents will head to the polls for an historic vote on pay parking within 60 days. Town Council voted unanimously Monday (Jan. 10) to hold a plebiscite, responding to a petition against the plan to charge parkers, which collected 1,200 valid signatures. The petition was presented by Ossie Treutler.
