Parks cite cost concern with highway mortality

At a two-day workshop to examine the problems wildlife face trying to cross the busy transportation corridor, Parks Canada was told that new solutions are desperately needed if large carnivores are to live in the valley in the future. Parks Canada says the costs are simply too high.
