Pat Ferns, President and CEO of the Banff Television Festival, announced at the Festival's Opening Ceremonies today the appointment of Jacques Bensimon to the new position of Executive Vice President. Mr. Bensimon, now the Managing Director of TFO, the French network of TV Ontario, Canada, will join the Festival's management team in Banff, Alberta, on October 1, 2000.
