Banff park needs more money

The superintendent of Banff National Park says some facilities in the world famous park are getting a bit ragged. Bill Fisher says if the federal government wants Parks Canada to fully implement its Banff National Park management plan, it had better come up with more money. He says they've delayed road repairs and deferred reconstruction work in some campgrounds.
