Our parks crumbling, chief says

Canada's national parks have fallen into such disrepair -- both physically and ecologically -- that it will take almost $1-billion over five years to put them right, says the head of the country's parks agency. That means they are in deeper, more expensive trouble than at any time since the first national park was created 116 years ago.
