Unity Minister Stéphane Dion called on Canadian Alliance Leader Stockwell Day yesterday to condemn separatists in Alberta, accusing them of blackmailing their fellow Canadians by agitating for independence. Mr. Dion was commenting on events over the weekend where two Alliance MPs, Myron Thompson and Darrell Stinson, sat in on the founding convention of the Alberta Independence Party
