Alan Cristou of Banff among 20 charged in drug bust

More than 20 people were charged for their part in an alleged interprovincial drug scheme that took Mounties more than a year to shut down. Members of the Calgary RCMP drug section and proceeds of crime section nabbed more than $1 million in various illegal drugs that were destined for Calgary youth, a Mountie said. Charged are: Michael David Boyes, 27, Marie Elana Boyes, 55, Clinton Stephen Evangelista, 27, Christa Nicole Galloway, 22, Curtis Hugh John, 33, Gerald Ming Yuen, 26, Alexander Paul McDonnel, 22, Trent Hnatiuk, 23, Courtney Buck, 19, Andreas Stander, 34, Jason Schneidmiller, 28, Leanne Johnson, 26, Patrick Payne, 27, Ian Quinn, 29, Steve Nuefeld, 38, all of Calgary; Paul Tobias, 24, of Red Deer; Sandra Colasanti, 38, of Maple Ridge; Alan Robert Christou, 20, of Banff; Bradley Auzin, 37, of Surrey; and Benjamin Marsden, 24, of Australia.
