Ski Louise suing Sheila Copps

Heritage Minister Sheila Copps abused her public office by illegally blocking development of a previously approved Ski Louise lift, a lawsuit claims. As a result, Ski Louise Inc. is seeking damages of $125 million against Copps and the federal government, a statement of claim filed in Calgary Court of Queen's Bench says.
