Bears going to the dogs

The province's sustainable resource development department yesterday unveiled its Karelian Bear Dog Program. With the arrival of two Karelian pups from Utah, the department becomes the first government agency in Canada to use a team of dogs specially bred to help deal with grizzly bear management.
