Girl on Girl Action takes a swing at boxing exhibition

The sport of boxing has been the inspiration for many new artists and writers. Boxed -- a new mixed media show at the Banff Centre's Walter Phillips Gallery, includes an unusual take on the sport in art. While most of the artists in the show focus on male fighters, Winnipeg artist Christine Kirouac's work takes a swing at her own experiences inside the boxing ring.
