Cascade Gardens ponds in disrepair

Parks Canada’s coffers have run dry, leaving historic pools in the Cascade Gardens empty and in disrepair. The leaking rock-lined pools in the elegant and popular public garden are not being filled with water this year because Parks Canada does not have the money to do an engineering assessment to fix the problem.
