Banff’s pioneering downtown hardware store is here to stay, ensuring residents have a place to buy all the nuts and bolts needed for home fix-it projects. Owner George Paris bought the Bear Street Johnny O’s building and will move his Standish Home Hardware there in January, 2003, after his lease at Brewster Mountain Lodge expires.
