Illegal camping blamed on lack of enforcement

Illegal camping and fishing in Jasper National Park are going unchecked because of a lack of enforcement, says a group of wardens' spouses and an environmentalist. That's because the right to enforce park regulations has been transferred from 40 wardens to five RCMP officers, says the group calling itself Not So Silent Partners.
