Skiing Louise Ltd. got the business equivalent of a sunny sky and fresh powder yesterday as creditors voted overwhelmingly to accept a rescue package for the firm.  Skiing Louise -- which five months ago admitted it could no longer pay its bills -- received near unanimous approval for a plan that will see the company reborn as Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. and allow owner Charlie Locke to plow ahead with rebuilding plans.
