Ski mogul Charlie Locke has officially partnered with Calgary financier Murray Edwards to run Resorts of the Canadian Rockies, including the crown jewel Skiing Louise, following a favourable vote by creditors on Edwards’ proposed bailout package last Friday (Aug. 17).
