Shuler acclaimed mayor; 13 candidates for council

Under the Local Authorities Election Act, the following nomination papers were received by the Returning Officer on Monday, September 17, 2001. The Office of Mayor was acclaimed by reason of having received one nomination paper: Shuler, Dennis. Thirteen nominations papers were received for six Councillor vacancies.
