Fuelled by celebratory shots of vodka, two Canadians and their Australian companions tore off their clothes and plunged into Siberia's Arctic Ocean yesterday, marking the end of an ambitious journey down the Yenisei River. "It was quite a triumphant moment," said former Canmore resident Colin Angus, 29, via satellite phone.
