Whistler house prices to triple

A report by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. says housing prices at Whistler will triple by 2010. The CMHC study says prices at the popular resort could exceed those in Aspen, Colorado. Some locals worry that this could lead to people cashing out, and moving to other more affordable communities, leaving Whistler filled with second and third homes for the very wealthy.
