Woman listening to walkman hit by train October 30, 2001
RCMP say a woman in Banff was hit by a train, Monday, when she failed to hear the whistle sound. The 43-year old woman was wearing a walkman as she walked beside the train tracks at the east crossing, on Compound Road. Police say the woman was struck by the train and thrown.
