Banff and Lake Louise's slumping tourism industry faces a crippling blow it may never recover from if there isn't swift upswing in the economy and a banner ski season, a spokesman for the resort towns said Monday. "I don't know if we will ever be back to normal," said Greg McKnight, executive director of the Banff/Lake Louise Tourism Bureau.
