A meeting of eight of the world's most powerful leaders in a secluded Alberta resort is still six months away, but new terrorism fears have led to elaborate plans to protect water treatment plants, control air space and guard against a biological attack. "We have to be prepared for the worst type of security threat," said RCMP Corporal Patrick Webb. "In other words, a terrorist attack, a huge civil disobedience riot something like Seattle, or New York on Sept. 11."
