A meeting of eight of the world's most powerful leaders in a secluded Alberta resort is still six months away, but new terrorism fears have led to elaborate plans to protect water treatment plants, control air space and guard against a biological attack. Police are describing their preparations for the G-8 Summit in June as the largest security operation in Canadian history.
