Woody Harrelson has given a Calgary firefighter something to sing about. The Cheers star paid $10,000 US to send Gary Reid to New York for a day to record a duet with comedian Dan Aykroyd as an honourary Blues Brother. "Ten thousand dollars the man spends on me -- it just slays me," said Reid. "He came up to me after he bought it and said, 'Hey brother, guess who I bought that for?' " The trip and recording session was donated by Aykroyd as one of the auction items up for grabs at Saturday night's celebrity-studded gala fundraiser to benefit Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s Waterkeeper Alliance. Reid was one of several city firefighters who volunteered to shuttle celebs and VIPs around Calgary and Banff.
