Premier Ralph Klein has waded into the Bow River flap and intends to invite Robert F. Kennedy Jr. back to Wild Rose Country. Kennedy and Alberta Environment Minister Lorne Taylor exchanged verbal blows after the American environmentalist said he plans to establish a chapter of his Waterkeeper Alliance to protect the Bow River from pollution.
