Tim Aubrey, a 36-year-old IT manager, was a fan of Canadian Pacific Hotels even before he began working for the company. His favourite property is Banff Springs, an imposing chateau that might look more at home in St. Moritz or Davos, Switzerland than the untamed wilderness of the Rocky Mountains. But it's probably the incongruous setting that keeps pulling Aubrey back to Banff Springs year after year.
