Road repairs put on hold by Parks

Cash-strapped Parks Canada can’t fix a number of highways rated in poor condition, including parts of the TransCanada highway passing through the mountain national parks. The money budgeted for road repair, listed in an annual report, is just a fraction of what’s needed, said Banff National Park superintendent Bill Fisher.
