Mountie housing on hold

Badly needed housing to keep Banff Mounties in the community has been put on hold. A permit to build a new duplex on Cave Avenue was before the Town of Banff, but the construction tender came in too high for K-Division’s budget of about $450,000, Banff RCMP Staff Sgt. Joe MacDonald said.
