Cross-country skiers will also be disappointed to learn that too much of the pined-for snow has forced the Banff-to-Lake Louise Loppet scheduled for today to be postponed to next Saturday. "There were three reasons we had to cancel -- the driving is terrible from Edmonton and Calgary; we couldn't manage this much snow in time to set tracks for the race; and the wind-chill factor forecast for tomorrow concerns us," said loppet organizer Jo Lunn.
