Protesters seeking tent city for G-8 summit

G-8 summit protesters plan to set up a huge festival-like tent city complete with music, food and theatre -- and organizers want the federal government to help pay for it. Alan Keane, a B.C. activist and key organizer of the proposed eight-day camp, said first-aid and security would also likely be involved, and tents would be erected for protest workshops and teach-ins.
