A gag order on park wardens appears to have been lifted in a new agreement that says they have a legitimate right to speak up in favour of carrying guns without facing intimidation from their federal boss. The rights of free speech are clearly set out in a settlement agreement between Parks Canada, the union and Doug Martin, a Banff National Park warden who took several grievances to the Public Service Staff Relations Board.
