Avalanche bulletin saved

The Canadian Avalanche Bulletin has been saved — for now. An “11th hour and 50 minute” donation of about $35,000 by the B.C.-based Canadian Avalanche Foundation Monday night (Feb. 11) will allow the bulletin to continue until the end of this winter, according to Canadian Avalanche Centre operations manager Evan Manners.
