G8 legacy projects already decided?

A high-ranking G8 official has let slip the short list of projects being considered for a multi-million dollar fund that aims to leave a lasting environmental legacy in Kananaskis Country. At a Kananaskis Improvement District Council meeting on Feb. 5, G8 Summit Management Office Director Bev Longstaff reportedly announced that three projects had made the G8 Legacy Fund shortlist. Those projects include a wildlife overpass at Wind Valley, an animal crossing at Rundle forebay and an environmental endowment fund.
