Top marks for “environmentally friendly” Banff

At the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Annual Conference in Hamilton May 30 to June 3, the Town of Banff received an eco-rating of three Green Leafs for its environmental performance under the Green Leaf for Municipalities program. In addition the Town gained special recognition for being the first community in Canada to participate in the program.
