Road deaths spark twinning debate

The debate over twinning a deadly stretch of the Trans Canada Highway near Lake Louise may be renewed after three women were killed in a head-on car crash last weekend. Fifteen people have been killed on the 37 km stretch of road between Castle Junction and the B.C. border since 1999.
