Emergency landing causes commotion

Until the Banff airstrip is decommissioned, Parks Canada must maintain it, allowing pilots to make emergency landings. Last Sunday (Aug. 11) an American pilot was forced to land because of an emergency. The plane required parts for repair. It remained on the airstrip overnight and took off promptly the next day.
