An old tree stump and some sharp-eared tourists saved a fortunate Banff hiker from a 20-storey fall to almost certain death. The 20-year-old Ontario man, who recently moved to Banff to work, was rescued by park wardens Saturday night, hours after he was stranded on a small ledge on the side of a steep rockface on Tunnel Mountain.
