Warming affects Calgary bird population November 27, 2002
Normally, Calgary becomes home to 10,000 migrating birds in the fall. This year, three times that many are expected. “We probably have more birds than ever before,” said a Ducks Unlimited Canada biologist. The influx of birds can be attributed to several factors.
