Plans for four-way stop delayed

A request for a four-way stop at the Spray Avenue and Rundle Avenue intersection is turning into a stop and wait for concerned parents, who have been lobbying for something to slow traffic traveling on Spray Avenue as it crosses a crosswalk used by children and other pedestrians.
