Powell’s “deception” claims are deceptive February 7, 2003
US Secretary of State Colin Powell cited a British government dossier in his speech to the UN claiming that Iraq is obstructing weapons inspectors via an “infrastructure of concealment, deception and intimidation.” The dossier has been revealed to have plagarised significant sections from academic papers.
