Bow Avenue to stay open, but no parking

Banff town council decided to keep Bow Avenue open to vehicle traffic, but prohibit all parking, reduce the speed limit to 20 k, and close the loop north of the canoe dock. A few businesses are happy but the residents have been ignored. Thanks to Councilor Paterson for sticking to his guns about closing the road to motorized traffic.
