Clean camp rules to cover all sites

A strict Parks Canada policy to evict campers who leave messy sites and lure hungry bears is being extended to all campgrounds in the mountain national parks. Campers who fail to completely bear-proof their campsites will get one warning before being asked to leave — and they won't get their camping fees back
