Arctos and Bird’s Bear Street project approved

Arctos and Bird has been given the go-ahead to put alley-access parking in their new development on Bear Street. According to a usually reliable source, Banff’s Development Appeal Board has rejected the appeal by Albert Naffin and the Homestead Inn to deny alley-access parking. The decision was the outcome of a meeting that went from 3 pm until after 10, attended by scores of members of the public. [And not a few imported suits.]
