Group says grizzly bears need help

A local conservation group is calling for Banff National Park to implement a comprehensive grizzly bear management strategy. “Parks Canada has set their own goal of one per cent human caused grizzly bear mortality rate and they’ve exceeded that five fold for the last two years.”
