Poole suggests mediator for alley dispute

Peter Poole of Arctos & Bird Enterprises said he hopes there can be peace in the alley over their Bear Street project. The Development Appeal Board recently approved alley-access parking, but Albert Naffin of the Homestead Inn may appeal the decision in provincial court, further delaying construction. Poole suggests that Banff town councilor John Stutz may be able to mediate a solution that avoids going to court.
