A report by the Sierra Club of Canada says thousands Canadians will develop cancer over their lifetime from diesel exhaust. In addition, the fumes could be killing hundreds of Canadians prematurely each year, while tens of thousands of others end up in hospitals with asthma or other breathing ailments.
