Two men charged in connection with an assault on a Banff cab driver pleaded not guilty to a series of charges in Banff provincial court on July 3. They are set to go to trial Oct. 8-10. in Banff. Darrell Alan Dixon, 21, is charged with 12 counts including attempted murder, robbery, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, breach of probation and possession of a substance. Faron Duane Dixon, 42, is charged with robbery and theft under $5,000
