Delays that “wasted” Banff tax dollars and kept the Bear Street project from going ahead are over, says Banff developer Peter Poole. “Finally we can move forward. This is the right and correct decision. All their delays, for month after month, have been as wasteful of the town’s tax dollars as pouring good wine on sand,” Poole said.
